These terms and conditions (the "Terms") are applicable to all services provided by Depictai AB (Reg. No. 559224-1938) "Depict", "us", "our" or "we").

By "you" we mean the legal entity that is ordering Services under these Terms, any of your affiliates together with your and your affiliates’ employees and representatives.

When we refer to the "parties" we mean you and us together.

Depict supplies AI & personalization algorithms for recommender systems.

Definitions

"Contact Information" refers to the information set out above.

"Functions" refers to the Site and the Services, jointly.

"Privacy Policy" refers to our Privacy Policy (https://www.notion.so/Privacy-policy-88d5cc425e734a809432b812fba9b7fd) which describes how we process your personal data.

"Services" refers to the services described under section "Services" below which we have made available through the Site, together with any such other related goods, equipment, services and information made available by us to you.

“Site” refers to our website (www.depict.ai).

“Web Shop" refers to your e-commerce store, relating to the Services.

“System” refers to the SaaS solution and includes the AI technology and advanced algorithms enabling the recommendation of products on e-commerce web shops.

“Integration” refers to the process by which we add recommendations from our System to your e-commerce store.

"Third Party Applications" means, in these Terms, online, web-based applications and offline software products or services that are a) provided by third parties, b) interoperate with us, and c) may be either separate or integrated with us and whether or not such are indicated by us as being third-party applications.
